Know more about you.

I work with my patients from a modern relational psychodynamic approach. My practice is mindfulness-based.  I am both guide & collaborator, drawing from psychodynamic, somatic, & arts-based practices that reduce anxiety and increase self-awareness.  I am informed by my ongoing study of Buddhist Psychology, & I weave an anti-oppressive lens grounded in liberation into my practice.

Psychotherapy is a synergistic process with a trusted, safe relationship at the core.  I offer my patients the space to notice internal dialogues, explore reactivity, & safely increase the felt sense which leads to healing from past traumas. I see beyond diagnosis & explore the human experience, finding acceptance in both the suffering and joy in humanity.

I may encourage the use of art materials through a mindful, embodied, & curious approach. A personal creative practice can support both integration & authenticity.  Creative expression offers the opportunity to regulate emotions effectively through metaphor & abstraction.

Individual Psychotherapy

50 minute session — $140

I offer psychotherapy to teens and adults in person at my office in Bristol, Vermont or via telehealth. Due to licensing regulations, I can only meet with patients located in Vermont.

I accept venmo and credit cards for my session fees, and am in-network with BlueCross BlueShield. If I am out-of-network with your insurance, you are responsible for payment and I will provide you with documentation for reimbursement. I have a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) and no-show fee of $140.   Payments and copayments are due at time of service. I am able to offer a sliding scale as needed to a limited number of patients.

Consultation for therapists

55 minutes — $120

I provide skillful one on one consultation to therapists currently in private practice. I also offer consultation to therapists who would like to begin a private practice, covering everything from note taking, advertising, licensing, billing, and working with insurance companies. I encourage a strong focus on therapist lifestyle strategies to address the difficulties working within the Mental Health Industry Complex.

As a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), I also provide supervision to Art Therapists working towards their Registered Art Therapist Credential.
